The Scholarship Programme, Ministry of Education and Skills Development would like to notify all students selected for undergraduate scholarships 2023 to process the following documents for submission. The submission date will be notified later.
- Class 10 pass certificate and mark sheet - Copy
- Class 12 pass certificate and mark sheet - Copy
- School Leaving and Character Certificate - Copy
- Medical Fitness certificate ( Pink Form - Hospital) - Original
- Medical Certificate ( White Form - Hospital ) - Original
- Birth Certificate ( Yellow Form - Hospital ) - Original
- English Language Proficiency Certificate (BCSEA) - Copy
- Migration Certificate (school) - Copy
- Citizenship Identity Card - Copy
- Passport - Copy
- IELTS results for UK and Canada
- Police Clearance (hard copy) - Only for MBBS in Sri Lanka for processing visa
Note:
In-country scholarship (RTC) students are requested to submit the following documents ONLY. Admission Form is NOT required.
- BCSE and BHSEC pass certificate and mark sheet
- School leaving and character certificates
- Citizenship Identity Card
